Eyeland Vision Office Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
Please be courteous and call Eyeland Vision promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of care. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled office appointment we require that you give at least 24 hours notice. Available appointments are in high demand and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely vision care.
Cancellation of scheduled Appointment requires a 24 hour notice. Any
cancellation not made prior to the 24 hours will be subject to a fee of $25.00. This fee will not be billed to insurance.
NO SHOW POLICY
A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it within 24 hours of the appointment time. Our office does have a $25.00 no show fee. No-shows inconvenience those individuals who need access to vision care in a timely manner. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patients’ chart as a “no show”. Three “no shows” and we do require a $50.00 reservation fee before we reschedule any appointment.
SATURDAY RESERVATION FEE
Our Saturday appointments do require a $50.00 reservation fee. We do require the $50.00 fee to be paid before we schedule any Saturday appointment. If the patient is on time for the appointment the $50.00 fee will be refunded to the patient after any copay and balances due are collected.
