To best prepare for your visit, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Complete your health history form online prior to your visit (we will provide you with a passcode)
- Medication list
- Bring your glasses / sunglasses / contact lens prescription
- Bring a driver in case your eyes are dilated
- Plan to spend 60-120 mins for your visit and ask us any questions
- We will also be utilizing the latest technology to give you the most thorough eye exam: Optos retinal photo (a 200 degree view of the back of the eye), and Clearpath DM (quick evaluation of the lens in the eye) to determine your risk for developing diabetes, one of the leading causes of preventable blindness – $49 fee for both
